 Turning facilities

 With the motto that best meets all requirements of the customers so Innotek always at the forefront of new investment in machinery and equipment put into service modern manufacturing.

Parts facilities are equipped with advanced lathes imported directly from Japan, including:

 03 CNC turning machines
 11 Cutting machines
 14 drilling machines
 10 turning sanga machines

 Lathes Sanga can machining parts with a diameter of 36 mm max

 Mechanical lathe (CNC Precision Automatic)
=> Lathe machine (CNC precision automatic) with automatic feeder can process the cylindrical, hexagonal, polygonal parts. 2 spindle machines and machining stations knives are the details combine turning and milling with a diameter of 8-32 mm.
 With 2 spindle and many tool stations, imported Tsugami CNC lathes can process the combination of turning and milling. The machine is programmed and controlled entirely by computers are easy for product innovation, process details cylindrical, hexagonal, polygonal.

 The company also equipped with CNC lathe Okuma company can get the details of processing large diameter to 400mm to 500mm length.

 In addition, there are a series of SANGA S25 and S32 lathes, specialists for chamfering of cylindrical parts.
